• Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM

• Early check-in (before 2:00 PM): Subject to availability.
We’d be happy to store your luggage, and you can enjoy brunch or lunch at the
My Front Yard shopping mall next door.

• For early morning check-out (before 9:00 AM) please inform us in advance so we may assist you accordingly.

• Office hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Our security personnel will be on site after office hours. For emergency assistance after 10:00 PM, please dial “0” from your villa phone.

• Housekeeping service is provided every 3 days between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Conveniently located next door, “My Front Yard” shopping mall is accessible via a private walkway near the roundabout. Facilities include:

• Your villa features a private Jacuzzi.

• The swimming pool is shared by guests.

• Refillable bottled drinking water is provided. Please kindly leave the glass bottles in your room and do not put them in the freezer or trash bin.

• Laundry service is not available on-site, but there are
many quick and affordable laundry services available in Soi Ta Iad (Boxing Street).

• Our spa and fitness center are currently under
renovation—we recommend the UTime Fitness Center and Sense Spa at My Front Yard (unaffiliated).

💳 Deposit and Payment

• A room damage deposit of 1,000 THB is required upon
check-in and will be refunded upon check-out after a satisfactory room inspection.

• Other payment methods include cash, bank card, or Thai QR PromptPay.

Our villas offer accommodation only; breakfast is not included and we do not have an on-site restaurant. However, the adjacent “My Front Yard” shopping mall offers a wide variety of dining options, including:

• Thai-International: WeCafe (+salads), Sriwara

• Sandwiches/Bakery/Coffee/Salads: Choose Cafe, Bartels Café, Cannelle Cafe

• Western/International: Wine Connection, Five Loaves Burger, Mima Mexican, Peppina Pizza and Italian, High Way Authentic Curry, Little Edo Japanese, Umai Matcha Cafe.

• Food delivery apps such as GrabFood and LineMan are available in this area.
